My name is Ginger, and I'm addicted to blogging...

I know, I know it's been a while since I last blog. I needed some time off; I was getting to obsessed with my blog and was checking it two to four times a day just to see if anyone has responded. I honestly haven't looked at my blog now for over a week and nothing has changed; no new messages.

Plus I got sick, but I am better now and ready to start blogging again. But, this time I think I will only check my blog once or twice a week.

Now I need to play some catch-me-up and getting everyone caught up on the Benson's life. I will start off with Halloween.

Halloween day was great, we had our friends the Tolers over for Halloween dinner . I served Chili, corn bread for the adults and made cheese quasidillas for the kids. For dessert I made a chocolate pumpkin cake with a cream cheese orange frosting and a chocolate glaze to go over the cream cheese and I made white chocolate ghosts. It was soooooo good!!!
