Recipe of The Week...

My friend Shiann has been asking me for a while now for this recipe. I've keep forgetting until now. Sorry Shiann. It is a great recipe for spring/summer, it makes a lot so there are plenty of left overs; which you want!!!!

I lost this recipe but now is found. When some one looses an earring or necklace you go into panic mooed; me when I loose a recipe, especially a really good one that is when I go into panic mooed. Call me crazy!!! But I would rather hand down all my recipes to my kids someday then my jewelry (that's going to the grave with me).


Cream Cheese Grape Salad



1 8oz package bream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup sour cream

3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Pound seedless green grapes

1 pound seedless red grapes

1 cup chopped walnuts

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, brown sugar, and vanilla; stirring until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine grapes and walnuts. pour cream cheese mixture over, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
