I never in my life have won anything; other then my husband, but that is a different story.
Anyways, this past week I got a call saying I won a drawing that I entered for a couple of weeks ago. Nothing big but it did brighten up my day. I won a $50. gift certificate to a local store here called Home Goods. Great store!!!
When I went to pick up the gift I was also surprised by getting a beautiful boutique of flowers.

Of course as soon a I received my gift I had to go spend it. I quickly ran to the store and bought Halloween decorations, mainly for my kitchen table.
I had some Hershey Kisses in the witch platter, but as soon as I realized Jack was pooping out the tin foil wrapper I had to quickly remove them. Needless to say he wasn't to happy when I did that. 
Now isn't this cake stand the cutest, as soon as I saw it I knew I had to have it. I can't wait to make something and put on it.
The witch hat handle is what won me over.
Isn't it awesome to win things. I wish I could more often.
