This is Jack, gearing up for a night at the baby sitter's. He later jumped into the bathtub fully clothed and had to wear girlly PJ's. 
It was darn near meat locker temperatures when we arrived. Ginger didn't want to give up her coat. 
The event photographer was nice enough to use our camera to snap a couple of pictures of us. That turned out to be a good thing, cause her package prices were pretty outrageous.
I was being presented an award (the Defense Meritorious Service Medal) for the work I did at my previous unit. The DMSM is a pretty big deal for an AF E-6. It's usually reserved for E-7 and above.As you can tell I copied some of Justin's sayings off of his Smugmug site so I wouldn't have to write it myself.
Justin works with all the services in the Military (Navy, Army, Marines, and of course Air Force), but it was so amazing to see all the different Military uniforms that were worn last night; just beautiful.
By the way don't you just love my new hair color, "Dark Irish Red."
